Cardiovascular Diseases are the Leading Cause of Death Globally?

This time the report is about analyzing the annual number of deaths by cause worldwide. Based on the data analysis I found the insights below:

  1. The top three countries by mortality rate are China, India and the US in 2019. We know these countries are the top three countries by population?
  1. 76% of deaths are from non-communicable diseases such as cardiovascular diseases, neoplasm and chronic respiratory diseases etc. These diseases are mostly impacted due to genetic conditions, bad balanced diet, lack of exercise, excessive use of alcohol, smoking etc. How to cure yourself? We all know PREVENTION IS BETTER THAN CURE. So start eating healthy food, do your exercise (atleast 5 days a week), reduce your alcohol consumption etc.
  1. The rest of the deaths are from communicable diseases such as exposure to nature, malaria, diarrhea, HIV/AIDS etc, which are caused by bacteria and viruses.
  1. The top mortality rate is caused by cardiovascular diseases. We know the average age of people at the time of their first heart attack (cardiovascular disease) is 65.5 years for males and 72 years for females, but now sedentary lifestyles are driving up heart attack numbers in the under-40 crowd.
